Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LinkedIn AI Growth Assistant (the “Service”), including our Chrome browser extension, website, and related APIs. By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

LinkedIn AI Growth Assistant is a browser extension that provides AI-assisted tools to help you draft LinkedIn posts, comments, headlines, direct messages, and related content while you browse linkedin.com. The Service generates suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content before it is shared on LinkedIn or elsewhere.

Features, availability, and pricing may change. Some features described on our website may be marked as “coming soon” and are not yet available. The extension may be offered on a waitlist or limited basis prior to public release on the Chrome Web Store.

2. User Obligations

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, and all other LinkedIn terms and policies that apply to your account and activities.
• Not use the Service to spam, harass, mislead, impersonate others, scrape data in violation of third-party terms, automate actions prohibited by LinkedIn, or engage in any activity that could harm LinkedIn, other users, or our systems.
• Provide accurate information when contacting us or signing up for a waitlist, and keep your use of the Service within any usage limits associated with your plan.

You are solely responsible for all content you create, publish, or send using or in connection with the Service. We do not control LinkedIn’s platform and are not responsible for account restrictions or enforcement actions taken by LinkedIn.

3. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, non-infringing, or suitable for your purposes. You use all generated content at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Termination Rights

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and discontinuing use of our website and APIs.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the extension or our website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
